Plain-language overview. These terms govern use of the public information, status and portal-gateway pages. They do not activate a private service or replace a separately signed agreement. Mandatory Australian consumer rights remain unaffected. This document is legal-review-ready and is not legal advice.

1. Operator, scope and acceptance

Associated Ventures operates this Australian public website. By using it you accept these website terms. Public information, public status and gateway guidance are distinct from customer, staff, commerce or other services governed by their own activation decisions and contracts. If a separately executed agreement applies, it has priority for its subject matter.

2. Information, advice and service availability

Content is general information, not legal, financial, investment, security, medical or other professional advice. Check information relevant to a consequential decision. We aim for accuracy but information, monitoring perspective, links and availability may change, contain delays or require correction. Maintenance, faults, security controls and external dependencies may interrupt access. Prototype, restricted, pending and in-preparation features are not promises of future availability.

3. Eligibility, credentials and acceptable use

You must use only pathways you are authorised to use and are responsible for your device, account and credentials. You must not circumvent access controls; probe private routes; disrupt service; introduce malware; conduct denial-of-service activity; perform credential stuffing or password spraying; impersonate another person; scrape at abusive volume; interfere with monitoring; extract confidential data; or use the site unlawfully. We may restrict access reasonably needed to protect people, services, evidence or legal rights.

4. Good-faith security research

The prohibition above does not prevent research performed strictly within the Responsible Security Reporting policy. That policy does not authorise testing of third-party systems or activity outside its scope.

5. Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless stated otherwise, website content, design and Associated Ventures branding are protected by applicable copyright, trade mark and other laws. You may view, print and quote reasonable portions for personal, informational or legally permitted use with attribution. You may not falsely imply endorsement, remove notices, republish substantial content commercially, or use marks in a confusing manner without permission. Third-party marks remain their owners’ property.

6. Third parties, links and privacy

Links may lead to independently operated services with their own terms, privacy practices and availability. A link is not an endorsement or ownership claim. Personal information handling is described in the Privacy & Security policy.

7. Security, disclaimers, consumer rights and liability

We use proportionate controls but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or absolutely secure access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied terms are excluded and liability is limited to loss that is reasonably foreseeable and directly caused. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law. Any indemnity should be confined to loss reasonably arising from a user’s unlawful conduct or material breach and remains subject to mandatory law.

8. Governing framework, changes and contact

The site is operated in Australia. A specific State or Territory jurisdiction has not been verified and is therefore not asserted pending legal review. If a provision is invalid it is severed to the minimum necessary; delay is not waiver. These terms and incorporated public policies are the entire agreement for public website use only. Changes receive a new version and effective date and material changes will be communicated prominently where practicable. Use the verified contact pathway for concerns. Independent Australian legal review is recommended before customer, staff, commerce, production portal or vault activation.
