The Data Vault is a private prototype used with synthetic information to validate custody, workflow and audit controls. Production activation remains NO-GO.
Real customer credentials and files are not approved for storage. Public access, production identity and unrestricted uploads are not active.
Safeguards under validation
The intended model uses least privilege, role-based access, scanning, encrypted transport, segregated services, audit history and controlled recovery.
Requirements still outstanding
Production identity, hardware-backed key authority and independent security acceptance remain required before any production decision. Private backend services remain isolated.
